Privacy by Design
Privacy by Design from the First Frame
Digeiz generates audience analytics while minimizing personal data exposure throughout the processing chain.
The platform is designed to analyze visitor flows, counting and behavior patterns without relying on facial recognition, identity-based matching, or long-term storage of raw images.
Designed to reduce exposure, not expand it
Privacy by design means privacy is embedded directly into the architecture of the platform. Raw images are processed immediately, analytics outputs are aggregated, and the system is not designed to identify named individuals.
Built for analytics, not identification
Digeiz is designed to understand flows, counts, dwell time and pathways across physical venues. It is built to support decision-making at venue level, not to recognize, authenticate or identify specific people.
Real-time processing with minimal retention
Video frames are processed locally in real time and do not become stored business assets within the analytics workflow. The value created by Digeiz comes from the metrics generated through processing, not from retaining raw visual content.
How the processing chain works in detailAnonymous outputs for decision-making
Clients access analytics such as visitor counts, dwell time, cross-visits, typical pathways and media performance indicators. These outputs are designed for reporting and optimization, not for monitoring specific individuals.
Transparency is part of privacy
In public environments, privacy also depends on how visitors are informed. Digeiz supports deployments with information mechanisms such as entrance signage, QR codes and privacy information pages that help clients explain the processing on site.
